Rarely give 5-star review and certainly not from my experience with auto repair. Fairchild is that rare exception that does very good work and often goes above and beyond. Just two examples. 1) Had a complete spark plug replacement at Chico Car Care. Engine missing within two weeks. Fairchild pulled the plugs, determined the wrong size had been installed. They faxed conclusive proof to Chico Car Care and arranged for them to reimburse Fairchild for new plugs and installation without going back and waiting for replacement at ... read more
I came into Fairchild Automotive back in 2003 just to have a smog done. I just needed a fast and simple smog. They delivered. Plus the place had a nice charm to it that I didn't see elsewhere. Then later I needed some real repairs and they continued the same great service. So I got the good service and stuck with them.
Just love this place! Affordable, very fast, and reliable. Could not ask for a better automotive repair place. K
