Lovely guys! When our car engine suddenly dramatically overheated we contacted RACT and Fairbrothers came to our rescue. Within an hour they'd checked the car, established that the radiator was empty, then arranged for a tow truck which arrived with a courtesy car for us to take to our destination for the night. Friendly, relaxed, but really on the ball. We now have our car back, all fine, and we were very, very impressed with these guys.
Just picked up our near new RAV4 after having a run in with a fence. While parts were hard to get in , the team at Fairbrothers kept us informed about delays and had it back together in no time. Great customer service.
Recently fixed my elderly parents car after someone smashed a window breaking into it. It’s an old car and finding bits to fix it didn’t seem easy so other insurance recommended places wouldn’t help. The care they showed my mum and dad, then the excellent work they did is very appreciated. Great work guys! And thank you.
