Initial impressions mean a lot to me, and unfortunately, this property fell short in several areas—beginning with the reservation process on their website. When attempting to book online, we were unable to receive a confirmation email after multiple tries with different addresses. We finally called the property directly, where the representative confirmed our reservation but noted that we had been assigned two queen beds instead of the single king we originally booked. This is a typical right off the freeway hotel, you can expect clean rooms, great staff who are polite and will chat with you if you do. If you treat them nice they are nice back. You may have to walk all the way to the end of the hall for the stairs but I can guarantee the exercise will be good for you. Didn’t try the breakfast because I wanted to try local places instead. Check out Bon Vinos if you want to do the same! Also we liked that this place was dog friendly without charging extra for it.
