This is the worst place to live in fairborn the owner plays favorites he charges mantinice fee's doesn't do anything at all he is supposed to make it handicap excitable witch it is not you have to do it yourself he doesn't take care of the roads in the winter months he doesn't care as long as he gets his money that's all he cares about
Was a nice place to begin with, but it's not nor has it ever been handicap excess able. We put in three steps out of our own on a hillside put in front of our mobile home because the owner wouldn't. This park is run by your neighbors so if they don't want you around they keep pushing until your gone. Their not pushing us out, they can leave...
