I chose this location for my car repair because of the good reviews I found online. This facility did an amazing job with my repair. The gal that runs the front desk is AMAZING! She was kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She updated me via text or call at least twice a week so I knew exactly where my vehicle was in the process. When I went to pick up- they had a tech come out the car with me just to provide one final review. Excellent service on the car and customer service. Would highly recommend for anyone needing car service. They did it all.
I would highly recommend C&H Carstar in Fairborn. My car was involved in a hit and run in front of my home. It is just heartbreaking when you have to sweep up your car parts in the street. I took it to C&H where I was expected to hear it can’t be fixed. Instead I got the good news that it could be fixed. They keep you updated with text messages almost daily, which is great. My car was done a week early. It looked like brand new. Thank you to everyone at C&H for a job well done.
2nd time using Fairborn CARSTAR!! Highly recommended!!! Couldn’t be happier with my repairs!
