So this is from an employee who works for the Dept. VA. I had enough of the unprofessionalism of the front desk MSAs!!! Lack of phone etiquette and refusal to answer phone calls (personally witnessed that) and the very infuriating Veteran's spouse treatment via phone call. I was on a conference call with a spouse of a Veteran and the MSA who she was talking to refused to relay a message to the PCM and also transfer her to the PCM as requested.
