Very friendly, excellent service, and reasonable fees. We had to get a winch-out outside of Fairbanks and they came out and got the job done. We definitely recommend!
Responded extremely fast and was wonderful! Excellent prices as well - the best towing company I've used in town.
Took 3 hours before they stopped returning calls for tow. I gotta be honest, if you need a tow call 24/7 towing or something. Seems like the industry standard here in fairbanks is 10-20 minutes late for a tow. I'm not sure what can cause a 3 hour delay. I'd honestly have not left a review if they'd just call an hour late and just said nah. The bar is very low in this town for auto work and towing.
