Avoid. The doctors and staff were nice enough but they rip off on costs. Sleep study was 1k yet it was only a remote device you wore. After that they tried to sell me a $500 cpap for $3800. I get that medical and insurance is a special kind of racket but this was over the top. Places like this are why insurance is so over priced. Find one of the online sites that will sell a machine without test. Then you can get an $1800 machine for $1200 instead of $500 machine for $3800. They are very accommodating
Only talked to the Doctor one time, but the ladies on shift last night (11/1) for my sleep study were amazing, so kind and friendly, talked to me like we have been friends for a long time, smart and caring ladies. Sent me out the door with a coffee and a snack, so much better than the first sleep study I had.
Overall dissatisfied with their service. They charge way more than they loosely quote you. I was told it would be “few hundred bucks”. In reality it cost way over $2000 even after billing insurance. I felt I was mis diagnosed and sold a cpap that was not needed.
My daughter had an appointment for Labor Day, we showed up at the right time only to find the doors locked and nobody answering the phone. This wouldn’t be an issue if I lived in town, but we don’t. We wasted money and time.
