They are very accommodating
Only talked to the Doctor one time, but the ladies on shift last night (11/1) for my sleep study were amazing, so kind and friendly, talked to me like we have been friends for a long time, smart and caring ladies. Sent me out the door with a coffee and a snack, so much better than the first sleep study I had.
Overall dissatisfied with their service. They charge way more than they loosely quote you. I was told it would be “few hundred bucks”. In reality it cost way over $2000 even after billing insurance. I felt I was mis diagnosed and sold a cpap that was not needed.
My daughter had an appointment for Labor Day, we showed up at the right time only to find the doors locked and nobody answering the phone. This wouldn’t be an issue if I lived in town, but we don’t. We wasted money and time.
My husband has had issues with snoring and sleep apnea for years and now that he’s been to see the doctors here , his apneas are much better. Attentive doctors who listen and the CPAP he uses is wonderful. He’s sleeping better and waking up more alert
