Unprofessional, Does not communicate or solve problems with the scale. Tech claims he raid out of time for the day. Problem still not solved. Also wanted to put task on us but we are paying them. Do not recommend business.
VENDORS BEWARE. Worked for them on a scale cleaning job and they refused to pay us for the work we did. As a small company, we lost 6k dollars on this job and after trying to have a discussion with them about it and explain an estimate is exactly that, an estimate, they tried to hold us to a 5 month old ESTIMATE (which expired and was in writing) and refused to pay the remaining part of the bill as the job changed drastically over 5 months. Eventually we just gave up with them and moved on. Will never do work for them again.... read more
