VENDORS BEWARE. Worked for them on a scale cleaning job and they refused to pay us for the work we did. As a small company, we lost 6k dollars on this job and after trying to have a discussion with them about it and explain an estimate is exactly that, an estimate, they tried to hold us to a 5 month old ESTIMATE (which expired and was in writing) and refused to pay the remaining part of the bill as the job changed drastically over 5 months. Eventually we just gave up with them and moved on. Will never do work for them again.... read more
