Fairbanks roofing did a wonderful job installing a roof on my house. We wanted to replace our aging shingles and most importantly address recurring ice dam issues by improving our roof ventilation and adding copper in the valley. Frank was great to work with—communication was excellent, the project was completed very quickly, and he came back afterward to review the work and share photos taken during the installation. We've used Fairbanks at both our residence and at a commercial property. Start to finish, they are fantastic to work with. They answer texts and calls, show up on time, do high quality work, and clean up when they are done. Don't bother going elsewhere, this is your contractor.

I called Fairbanks about a roof dam issue this spring snd they were able to send someone out quickly to address the emergency issue. After the immediate problem was solved, Ryan worked with me to figure out what changes could be made to prevent future issues. He then worked together with the contractors handling the inside repairs to help get everything done. All communication was clear and complete and my questions were addressed promptly. I am so happy with the outcome of our siding project. Ryan came over within two days of contacting him for a quote. He provided me with all the samples and answered all my questions promptly. Jim is an amazing installer. He took his time and made sure everything was done, down to the smallest adjustment to the new doors. I will definitely be calling them for my new roof when it is time to replace it. Definitely recommend Fairbanks to everyone!!

As a contractor, I have high standards for any work done to my home. Ryan and his crew were professional, clear about expectations and communicated quickly and effectively. We had them replace our metal roof with a standing seam system and couldn't be happier. The on site crew was clean, professional, and worked quickly to ensure minimal disruption to our home and gardens. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to work with an honest and reliable company.
