It’s great supporting a family-owned business, and Phill was extremely fair with his pricing, responsive throughout the process, and had my Gravely ZT HD 52 ready to roll as soon as I arrived. My older John Deere Rider mower wouldn’t start this year. Fairbanks picked it up and brought it back a week later fully serviced and running. Professional. No nonsense. Competitive pricing. Great service.

I have used Fairbanks for all of my landscaping business equipment purchases & repairs and have never been dissatisfied. These guys know their business & keep quality brands & products in stock consistently. I will not go anywhere else for power equipment purchase or repair.
I recently purchased a snowblower and the reason I chose Fairbanks is they are local and reputable. I am so glad I did vs a big box store. My new machine had a defect that showed up after an hour of use. But how they took care of me is how I knew I made the right decision. The got my machine in quickly and had it fixed and back in action within a day. Top notch service, as expected. Very great folks to deal with, I highly recommend them.
