Dr. Hobson and his staff have been great since the start of my treatment 5 months ago. I'm always in and out of the office with little to no wait time and scheduling is flexible. I recommend Dr. Hobson anytime I can.

Hands down best experience in Fairbanks. They have outstanding customer service and have met my every need. They were very flexible with me as far as scheduling and pricing goes. They have a great team and I would recommend Dr. Hobson to anyone that needs braces. My treatment was 12 months long and they got it done in 7 months.

Would not recommend this place at all. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an orthodontist. They took my braces off in November and didn’t give me my retainer until almost February. They put walk in appointments over your scheduled appointments. The staff is all very unprofessional. I’ve been here for two years worth of treatment, and watched person by person, quit because the horrible work environment. Once there was only the old guy and one dental assistant. Absolute worst. Alaska Braces has had very good customer service with our family and others as well. I would recommend or refer others to see their organization. They always seem to work with us and are very flexible.

My daughter gets her braces here and she has received such friendly service, fast appointments and over all excellent care of her teeth! Dr. Hobson is a dedicated Orthodontist and truly cares for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
