We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Rob and Ivonne were gracious and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay especially enjoyable. We would highly recommend it and would happily return!

We've stayed at Fairbanks house several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed an exemplary experience. Rob, Yvonne, Flint and the staff always go above and beyond to spoil their guests and this trip was no exception. This has become our favorite go-to destination for a quick weekend getaway or a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed here recently, and we had an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room (the magnolia) was great! The location is perfect for the downtown area. Far enough away that the night life isn’t annoying, but close enough to walk and enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful time visiting Amelia Island and staying at the Fairbanks House made it the best. This was our first “full” bed and breakfast stay and it was excellent. The staff was friendly, made us feel welcome right from the start. Truly outstanding hospitality! The house is beautiful and our room was perfect for a couple. Really enjoyed relaxing by the pool at the end of the day of touring Amelia Island. The breakfast is absolutely the best! Also, the proximity to the historic area of was great.
