The owner lied to us about the condition of our loved one in order to try and rush us into doing a private viewing instead of a public one, where a rental casket "would not be available". "She will need to have gloves on," according to her. We just ended up using a table. Turns out her hands were just fine : ) They also tried to push an extra $400 fine on us because they "accidentally" sent the body to the wrong funeral home.
