Dennis is a LIFE SAVER!!!!! I have a 2006 GMC Sierra 3500, and I was stuck in South Dakota with a bad BCM. The truck would start and then turn off after a second. Went to a local shop there and they replaced it, but programming it wasn’t working. Got the truck started and decided to take it back home to bozeman while not turning it off. Dennis went the extra mile on our 01 yukon xl. He diagnosed the problem and called to let us know the problem and what needed to be done to fix it and the cost ahead of time. Fixing one issue then led to other issues. We had to take it back a few times and he was up front about everything. We were still having issues and he took it back until he figured it out. My old diesel shop closed their doors. (Retired) so i'm really picky about who touches my engine or the Electronic's of my Ram.
