We have been patients @ this dental practice for 35 years, when it was Dr Jon Howell & now Dr. Fairbanks & sadly we have decided to find a different Dentist for our dental needs. Actually, we have had EXCELLENT service from Yvonne( dental hygienist) for many years, but last month, we had a bad encounter with the front desk staff. I had been a patient at a dental office for over 30 years with no issues. Fairbanks Dental bought that practice with the dentist retired. My family and I were scheduled for appointments in November, a week prior to the appointments we received a call to reschedule. Those appointments were rescheduled for January.
