We've been taking our cars to this shop before it was Fairbanks, and the exceptionally friendly service and excellent quality of work keeps us coming back. Joe is a lovely human that is honest and genuinely loves cars. If anyone mentions they need to take their car to a mechanic, I immediately ask if they'd like a his contact info.
I just had my oil changed @ Fairbanks Auto. I value knowing the people I do business with. I also value supporting local, small businesses. Fairbanks ticks both boxes. Joe's a great guy, knows his stuff and he rotated my tires as part of the service at no additional cost. No upselling! I have found my mechanic! Highly recommended.
Rebuilt my whole suspension, honest, communicative friendly and does great work at a reasonable price. Quick turnaround as well. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
