Ive rented from fairbank properties for years, and ive always had great experiences with them! Great service, the maintenance gets done same day or a day later, and the communication is top notch compared to other places ive rented from. Alexandra is a wonderful manager and really takes care of her tenants!
The property manager and self proclaimed owner Alexandra is a complete and utter rude , belligerent , moron. She offers no help whatsoever whenever i call to report or request any form of assistance!!! This company will never be a 5 star organization solely based on her attitude and performance as "head" of operations. Also the maintenance gentleman may be polite however he has no idea what he is doing and his appearance is always disheveled as well as extremely poor hygiene. I had a great experience renting from Fairbank Properties. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything, whether that be maintenance or lease related. They were also easy to work with. It was the best renting experience I have ever had! I highly recommend them.
