Fairbairn provides an excellent condo inspection service. He is very knowledgeable about the local area buildings and issues. He even checks for recalls on all appliances, something many inspectors do not do. Worth every penny for peace of mind.
David was incredible. Wow. I was blown away by the information he provided and his knowledge. I am purchasing an old home (1911) and he had extensive knowledge and experience with older homes. Best home inspection i have experienced by far and this is my fourth house purchase. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond to inspect each corner of our purchase and would talk through his thought process and reservations.
