I could not say nicer things about David, he came highly recommended from a friend so we took the chance on him and it has panned out. The first home we had him inspect looked beautiful during the showing but his detailed inspection quickly saved us from losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. We hired this company to do an inspection and they let me know it would be around $1,300. I paid the amount on my credit card. After it was all paid and I signed the agreement then I got another email telling me it would be around $1,900. Seems to me like they are employing a bait and switch tactic here and it is fraud. I am not sure what to do now as it would be very hard to trust this company with my upcoming inspection.
Highly recommended. I felt well informed and report was easy to follow and thorough.
