Worst experience ever. Rushed and told we only had one hour to go over multiple documents. Snooty and difficult closer. Informed us it was her family business which might explain her attitude . I did not have a choice in the title company. Never close with this company if it can be avoided. Much more could be told about the behavior of this company.
I can't say enough great things about Fair Texas Title McKinney, Lauren McDaniel, and their Team!! They continue to go above and beyond for my Clients. We just closed with a VA loan that had several twists and turns. They helped me get approval to do a remote signing with my Clients being in Oklahoma and Tokyo Japan for closing!! We could not have closed this without this amazing Team!! They communicate very thoroughly and are very quick to respond.
