We were willing to pay cash and was denied for service animals. Wondering about Americans with Disabilities Act?
Didn't meet any managers or owners but the price is really clean and extremely quiet. A lot of cats l but it's not run down. Older trailers with new appearing updates and kept up. This place is great, barely off turn off the beaten path if your beaten path is Centerton.
We were just denied even a chance to apply for a home due to having ESA dogs by Guy. He stated he would only accept 1 small dog but not our ESA dogs. As someone with a disability and ESA dogs professionally trained to help us. It is unlawful that Guy verbally stated he would not accept our ESA. I informed him that is illegal to deny a person a home and discriminate against them for having an ESA. He then stated he might have someone else interested in the home instead. The owner doesn’t respond to questions. Don’t trust this place with your business! Plenty of other parks in NWA to choose from.
Owners of mobile home park are very service oriented and good people who care about there rental properties and tenants. Mobile home park is very neat and clean and improvements are being made everyday. Nice and quiet place to live and all neighbors are very friendly and they also keep to their selves. Great place to call home!!
