The 2 stars are for Sonia, the office manager, for her professionalism and friendliness. She was even kind enough to text me a follow up to check in on out things went after services. Unfortunately, the service itself did not correctly identify the problem and consequently did not actually fix my car. I don’t know what devices they use to check car batteries and alternators, but they told me tests came back fine and that all I may have needed was an oil change.
