Dr. Decastro had no interest in me as a patient. Couldn't have spent more than two minutes with me then prescribed a medication that made me pass out and I broke my foot on the fall. The Dr. Didn't seem to care. I called twice and it took over a month for a nurse to return the call. This practice only cares about money not the patient health in my opinion. Very very unprofessional group of people.

I was referred to Fair Oaks Urology from Inova Urgent Care in early May due to an infection. The earliest appointment I could get was for August 14 — more than three months later. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, the receptionist asked if I had a referral from my insurance company. I only had the referral from Urgent Care. I was then told I could not see the doctor without the insurance referral. Nobody had informed me of this requirement ahead of time. I’ve been seeing Dr Mobley for 6 years and really appreciate his help and all the staff from the nurses to the polite and beautiful receptionists.

Terrible service they waited until I got there to tell me they need to verify insurance gave them my insurance card then they told me they couldn’t see me because my insurance company was closed. Obviously they’re more worried about insurance than the patients health.
