Fair warning Edit - There was no profanity or abusive behavior they are liars from the front desk to the vets. They lied to my face about future medications and denied me after they were paid. I have been going to Fair Oaks Ranch Vet for 20 years, now, and they have taken care of the three dogs I've had in my life. They've been seeing my current (large) dog since he was a puppy, and even though he's highly anxious and can be tough to handle, they treat him with respect, like he's one of their own, and like he's the good boy he is. The staff are always nice and quick to greet you. They are great with our dogs and cats.
Very very poor communication that cost us an extra $260. Will not be returning. I’d recommend going somewhere else that is more honest and up front about pricing. If you do decide to go here and need to budget be sure to see costs in writing and pay cash or check because they charge extra fees as well.
