Don’t bring your family members at this facility always short of staff cnas, customer service very bad, they have very weak leaders specially the administrator very weak administrator not capable of running this kind of big facility, all of the problems and complaints from resident council meeting nothing was done…. I’m not gonna bring my dog at this place.

Husband was admitted at this facility due to fall risk and rehab therapy , on that day husband fell twice already staff doesn’t focus on whats happening was in Codman wing , almost twice or three times a week husband fall down, then was transfered him to other wing in douglas wing it more worse everyday he fell on the floor, we had a meeting with their team and talk to the Director of nurses who does not even have an idea , dont know what is she talking about. was been admitted for 5 days the diet was wrong was diabetic they... read more

This place is not good , Customer service is very poor , management very poor, it’s all about the money.. after you get admitted on this facility you’re on your own . They need to change leadership at this facility they all care about is money. You can’t even call your family member no one answer the phone, Find other place. Bathroom has molds and smell urine all the time.

Staff not friendly, always short of staff specially CNA”s .. they could not keep up from the demands on the floor from the patients. Facility is like a jungle people shouting all the time. Can’t rest staff who gets patient from the admit department doesn’t care where they bring the patient. As long they got the admission patient they don’t care anymore. 1 star for this facility.
