This is an awesome place to shop for and buy an e-bike, and bike accessories. The selection is great, and staff is super helpful, friendly and personable. We spoke with Ryan, and he talked to us as if we are old friends. If you are shopping for an e-bike, this is definitely the place to go!
Had them work on my bike has taken over 2 months and still no bike. So I so I surrendered the bike to them
this is the best e bike shop if you want e bikes or wanna repair your e bikes because I went here to fix my e bike battery and they checked everything found the problem and fixed it for me.
Has spectacular customer service and they have fun and amazing E-bikes!
I called California Ebikes and spoke with a salesperson about ordering a bike using my $2,000 voucher. The salesperson contacted Erica, and two days later, she placed the order for me.
