Went in with a muffler rattle I couldn't fix thoughts I would spend a buttload. The got it too quit rattling and Free of charge. Great customer service. Will have future business from me
Daughter dropped off her car thinking she needed new brake pads only. She had called ahead and was quoted a price of $125.00, so made an appointment for this morning. They called and told her she needed front brakes and rear brakes at a cost of $1300. Not having that type of money, she called around and found better pricing (nearly $300 less) Upon notifying Fair (within a couple hours) she was told that she would need to pay a $45.00 diagnostic fee to pick up her car (retrieve her keys).
