I would like to begin with confirming a previous review from 8mnths ago as I have experienced the same thing and strongly assume that is a tactic he uses for personal financial gain. I warn others about his lack of responsiveness and withholding of the return of my retainer following his admitted sub-par provision of services.
I watched most of Mr. Fair’s webinar in collaboration with CCMF this weekend, and I immediately recognized him as an excellent, client-centred lawyer. I felt a sense of alignment with his approach, and reading the strong positive reviews from clients who have worked with him only confirmed what I assumed from his videos. Mr. Fair, I have not met you, but something tells me you are a great man. I hope to meet you someday. I am in Calgary!
Mr. Fair has a lot of flags (I’ll let you choose the colour). I’m guessing CCFM is no longer plastered all over his page for a good reason (I go to those meetings). If you like to spend lots of money and get no results then Charles is the lawyer for you. He was my lawyer for over two years for my divorce. In that time I had over 4 different legal assistants and they had to go through the file from the beginning in order to know the case. He didn't follow direction and I had to make the suggestions in order to file papers. I ended up firing him and with my new lawyer I had papers signed within 3 months. Would only recommend him to someone i don't like
