All the doctors, nurses, and staff that work at Valley in Fair Lawn are outstanding. They are patient, kind, compassionate, and get back to you right away. I never wait long to be seen, and they are always able to squeeze me in if I need to last minute. I started going to this office during my first pregnancy last year, and it was a wonderful experience. Dr Zhang is a breath of fresh air. She is both extremely competent and compassionate. I didn’t feel rushed during my appt despite a lengthy history to go over. She made me feel heard and my treatment plan was discussed thoroughly with a warm and collaborative undertone. She called me the same day she received my results to share updates and what to expect moving forward. I’m so glad I found her and wish I had sooner. Front desk has been wonderful scheduling and being communicative as well!

I have had multiple horrible experiences with multiple staff members at this office and I would never recommend this office to anyone. I have also had other family members complain about their care and treatment here. Bedside and costumer service matter very little here if at all. Many of the staff members are rude and couldn't care less about your overall experience. The doctors are constantly rushed and hardly answer any questions or concerns. Be cautious of going to this practice if you and your partner work full time. First, it took 4 days for the OB coordinator to call me back to schedule an appointment, and then another 3 days of phone tag to have one scheduled. As a patient here, I feel I have to really advocate for my scheduling needs, and then my time is not respected when I come in for my appointment.
