Horrible experience. Dr Kohn is rude, insensitive, talks poorly about her staff with doors open, forgets about her appointments while you're waiting for her in the exam room, had zero care in the world when caring for me, performs painful exams without advising you first and is nasty! Misleading diagnosis → aggressive push for procedure → unnecessary cost The experience felt more like being directed into a procedure pipeline rather than receiving patient-centered care. Avoid this place. This was one of the most concerning medical experiences I’ve had. I was told I had a “suspected endometrial polyp with feeding vessel” based on ultrasound, and almost immediately, the conversation shifted toward scheduling a hysteroscopy. I recently switched from a different group to Valley, particularly this office, and couldn't be happier! My only regret is not doing it sooner. Everything from scheduling my initial appointment, to the front desk staff, and the provider I saw was a 10/10 experience. I also want to note that the office is beautiful and extremely clean and modern. I saw Elizabeth Kowalski, APN, who was lovely and extremely knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed, and all of my questions and concerns were answered accordingly.
I've had good experiences here so far. The staff is nice, there's never much wait, and it's very clean. My only complaint is the wait time for annuals, you have to book a month to months in advance.
