Tanya in the billing department is terrible. She is incompetent in taking down credit card or phone numbers and if she doesnt get you instead of sending out a bill she reports it to the credit bureau after 3 times tring the wrong number. I will not be going back the wait was long, I was there for 4 hours getting a sonogram and a mamo. Then Tanya takes down the wrong number and messes up my credit. Do yourself a favor do not go to this facility.

Summer K., Sorry that you had such an awful experience at this facility. No one needs to be treated with anything less than with respect and professionalism, no matter what the situation. Please do yourself and others a favor by contacting management with your experience. They need to know how you were mistreated so that it will never happen to you again or to anyone else. You had better know everything you are supposed to know and have all of your paperwork in order or you won't get anything but negative attitude and frustration back from the front office people. I had the WORST experience here today from the woman who was 'checking' us in (I was taking my elderly father who is in the beginning stages of dementia and is in a personal care home). Hi there Open Air. Yet another scam company. Don't give them your SS#!!! Insurance said approved. However due to a code entry that they entered wrong. Now I'm stuck with yet another Bill . Also I was told the test was only 20 min. ??? Actually 57 minutes, and asked for classic rock, instead the tech left the room and me in tremendous pain and listened to Disco the entire time. The tech was fighting with a customer in the lobby. So unprofessional. This place is a joke. Go to a hospital for an MRI
