Firstly, we did not hire this service, our landlord did. The problem we were experiencing with our AC was it was blowing hot air and would not turn off. This service, which is really just a guy that claims to know what he's doing, is the most unprofessional and cut rate service I have ever experienced. I recently needed my dishwasher repaired. I called Fairlawn appliance services and was very impressed. Mr Mark came very promptly, repaired my dishwasher and explained all my questions. He charged me a very reasonable price and knew what he was doing. I then told him that my wash machine is also not working right and he checked it and said that it needed a part. Last month, my landlord contacted this company to fix our air conditioning unit that was blowing out warm, humid air and was leaking through the ceiling. This service had to come on six seperate occasions because he did not believe the air conditioning had any issues. When we continued to complain after services promised were not provided, whoever had answered the phone was very rude to us. He came a sixth time with his wife who sat in our house until he left???
