We have a vacant lot in the 600 block of 49th terrace w that has turned into a trash yard caused by neighbor next door to it. I have called Manatee county filled out a complaint but nothing has been done. This has been a problem for years but getting out of hand. I have lived behind this mess for 23 years. The office won’t do anything about it either. Tha neighbor is a hoarder if his house was ever to have a fire it would burn down a number of trailers. I HAVE LIVED IN THIS PARK FOR 20 YEARS IN THREE DIFFERENT ADDRESES.IN THE LAST 3 YEARS THIS PARK HAS WENT DOWN HILL. THERE ARE NO RULERS IN PARK AND IT IS NOT ALL 55 PARK THERE ARE NO AGES MOBILE HOMES IN THIS PARK THAT THE OWER OF THAT MOBILE WILL LET ANYBODY MOVE INTO.THERE ARE NO RULES.PEOPLE PARK ON THERE YARD AND A LOT OF GARBAGE AND TRASH ON CARPORT.PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY IN HEAR CHECK IT OUT GET A POLICE RECORD OF HOW MANY TIME THEY ARE IN HEAR
Fairlane acres is a drug trafficking trailer park with hoodlums meth heads and theives cars racing up and down streets .after over 100 complaints on a neighbor this park does absolutely nothing .crackwhore roaming the streets police here numerous times of 24 hour timeline .it's a dumpy park with to much riffraff moving in non restricted homes ruining this park .I'm moving out .can't get proper nights sleep cause of the drug and trafficking issue that even the police won't enforce so do not buy a trailer in this ghetto park .... read more
