Ross was patient and quick to answer any questions I had. He helped me narrow down to what I ultimately wanted, then he tracked it down and just told me when I needed to show up to pick up the keys. I would highly recommend Ross and the Fair Isle Ford team for any of your vehicle needs. I’ll be back for sure!
Booked a waiting appointment, then after a wait was told that they were short handed, and needed to send out for parts….and my vehicle would not be ready until later in the day, so had to rearrange my plans for the day. I was given an estimate for the work then when I picked it up the bill was over $100 higher, with extra charges including $30 in shop supplies !
