Despite multiple requests to stop receiving their unsolicited flyers, this company continues to ignore me. It’s intrusive and shows a complete disregard for people’s wishes. I have no interest in selling my property and would never consider using a company that operates this way. There’s no clear opt-out, and they clearly have no intention of honoring removal requests. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I had a 200 year home that was in bad condition. I couldn't afford the repairs. Ashley worked her butt off to find a buyer. It took alot of stress off me. They really care.
In a nutshell, Ashley was great. I get calls/texts/emails from people in your business trying to buy my properties nearly every day. If I take the call and give a price, almost all respond with, "is that price negotiable?" That is the last thing a potential seller wants to hear, and the conversation is over. Ashley said, OK, could I come and take a look at the property? Then, after looking, she said she would get back to me with an offer, and try to be as close to what I wanted as possible.
