I agree, horrible place.I would not put my dog( and I like dogs) in there. My mother is in there now. They have lost her glasses, x 2, bottom teeth x2,. moved her x 4 in 10 months to different rooms. Wonder she is confused!! They have burnt her ear, removed her toe nail with her not having her toe or foot numb.This removal performed in the shower room.What more can be done to her? Is that abuse? Oh, no, she has not been harmed?
Horrible place. My mother was not taken care of there. She was verbally abused and actually fell because of bad advice from an aide. My mothers life is now ruined. Bad bad place.
