This facilty does not even deserve a one star rating. The owner is the most unprofessional individual I have ever known. Her objective is to make money, and unfortuantely, for the residents that live there, it is all too apparent. Every aspect of "care" is substandard, from meals to medical treatment. The "house" doctor is just as greed motivated as the owner, providing unacceptable care. Staff turnover is extremely high, most likely due to low wages and stress caused by working for a tyrant. I would not recommend Fair Havens for placement of a loved one. The owner is extremely unprofessional and the care given to the residents is unsatisfactory.
