This is the most unethical pharmacy I've ever used. They fill prescriptions I don't need anymore (stuff for a one time event) and constantly try to deliver the prescriptions I didn't ask for, sometimes tricking my underage son into accepting the delivery. I tried to switch to a new pharmacy, but Fair Haven Pharmacy won't transfer my prescriptions and KEEPS FILLING THEM, even after I've told them to stop filling everything. Spoke to a man from this pharmacy who kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain the issues I’ve been running into when refilling my medicine. I called to refill my prescription last week and never heard back. As a diabetic my medicine is ESSENTIAL and they did not inform as to the status of my refill and I had to eventually call them back.
