I received excellent care during my visit, but the receptionist's behavior significantly detracted from the overall experience. As someone with an accent, I felt spoken to in a condescending manner, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon arrival for my appointment, the receptionist was engrossed in her phone and kept me waiting for about five minutes before acknowledging me. Love FHHC, very responsive, and Dr Elligers and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Unfortunately the worst parking problem, is a good idea to send messages a day before to let the patients know about is no way to parking
