I've driven past this store many times. After visiting two other stores looking for a formal dress for an upcoming event, I decided to stop in. I came in on Wednesday, picked up my altered dress on Thursday, and looked amazing for the event on Friday evening. Charlene and her team are the best. The entire experience was top notch. Wow! What a beautiful wedding dress & wonderful experience working personally with Charlene (the owner) from picking the dress out, the price (which was amazing) and she personally does the alterations which were perfect and beyond reasonable in price! Everyone in the boutique is extremely nice and professional, highly recommend!!
We were visiting Conway for a college trip and stumbled upon this boutique. We were able to find the dress my Daughter wanted the staff were great. We have had the best experiences the past two years shopping for prom dresses with the ladies at Fair Fashion. Their customer service is top notch! After hours and days of searching, it was refreshing to shop with guidance and professional advice from the team at Fair Fashion. The quick turn around on alterations and extremely reasonable prices made us repeat customers. We will gladly drive the 3.5 hours to shop with them again next prom season!
Wow! This store is a breath of fresh air! So many prom dresses have girls trying to dress way too seductive. This owner has done a good job of finding beautiful dresses that are modest. It was so refreshing to have some choices! They had earrings, bracelet and a purse that completed the look. The owner does the alterations for the dress. They were so helpful!!! We live out of state, but I want to come back for next years prom!!!
