I had this company come out here for duct cleaning. On 12-20-18. On a emergency complete cleaning. We didn't have time to shop around.. Saw the previous reviews. And, pray this was a good company. Boy, were we WRONG! ð??£ They sent Abraham. Seemly nice guy, at first. My husband has asthma. He supposedly quotes us the best price. The technician dislodged a lot of dust using a drill-powered brush and all of the crap went into my furnace! The furnace filter was completely clogged with all of the debris blowing through my furnace. He cleaned out the dryer vent and left the pile of dust on the floor. Then I was scammed for an additional $385 sanitizing that was a joke. Never again!
Horrible experience -- I called and told the person on the phone that a dryer repair man had tried to clear a duct clog and his tool had snapped off inside, so I explained, it's not just a duct cleaning there is also a tool in there that needs to be removed. They said no problem, they understand, and that their techs can do anything including replacing the ductwork and retrieving the tool (since we suspect the ductwork is too small hence causing clogs).
