As sad as it is to leave a review, initial consult was great, the young guy was good at helping plan what we wanted and friendly. From there though Poor time management, constant delays and excuses. 3 months from contracted build date and promises of new dates, no shows day of or day prior to build dates as promised. Finally Start build for 2 days, damage concrete damaging vermin proof integrity and now a weakened spot for vermin as well as entry point down the track for termites, state repair will happen yet continue to fra... read more
They took care of everything I just told them what I wanted and they done the rest.
Built my 6x4 shed with these guys in Townsville due to the low competitive price they come in at. Well the low price resulted in poor customer service, long wait times and ridiculous excuses. A 12 month wait on the final product from sign of contract. They take on too much work with not enough staff on the ground, and don’t focus on the key fundamentals of running a business correctly - prioritising and communicating effectively with the customer. Had Jesse build my shed and think extremely highly of his workmanship, was very straight forward and kept me updated along the build
I brought a shed earlier in the year, I was expecting delivery late December and its been already been delivered and installed a week before expected date, so good to have it been built before xmas , Im so over the moon and completely satisfied with the organization and experience from start to finish ,and communication with Zeke and the Team, and the main builder Quentin has been excellent with attention to detail
