Built my 6x4 shed with these guys in Townsville due to the low competitive price they come in at. Well the low price resulted in poor customer service, long wait times and ridiculous excuses. A 12 month wait on the final product from sign of contract. They take on too much work with not enough staff on the ground, and don’t focus on the key fundamentals of running a business correctly - prioritising and communicating effectively with the customer.
