This company must be too busy, or they just want the big jobs. I need a carport. In town, Grafton. No biggie. I phoned 11am on a Wednesday a month ago…recorded msg. So I left my details. Nothing. So I rang last week. “The boss is on the fork lift. He will ring you back later this morning”. Again, no ring back. They must have a “ no ring back policy”. Find another company, one that wants the work. Not this one. They are too busy, too fussy, too blasé, or short staffed.
There is a 8 month long queue, too bad if you need a little job done immediately to stop a major problem
Oh! Just the usual .. quick response, short term fix of problem whilst waiting for new part .. and pleasant staff. Well done - again - CVS.
