Great experience. Fair, honest, and quick.
They left my car in worse condition than before. They failed to fix the original issue, new problems kept cropping up, and they constantly demanded payment. My car went in for repairs but couldn't be driven out—it wouldn't even start—unless I paid. Essentially, they broke the car and then billed me for it.
Would not discuss price of procedures without charging for diagnostic. I’m not talking about a quote, I’m talking about pricing out basic stuff like tuneups etc.
Terrible experience--I came with a coupon for an oil change, and they tried adding on all extra fees like shop supplies etc. This is totally unprofessional. In addition it took over an hour with my car in the air while I awaited the work. Lady at the desk was good but I would never come back again.
