I went in store a day before Eid for eyebrow clean, I specifically wanted eyebrow CLEAN not reshaping, but the worker ignored my requests and decided to reshape and thin out my eyebrows despite me telling her I didn't want that. On top of all that I also requested MULTIPLE times to have a mirror so I can see myself and she said I don’t have one - WHAT BEAUTY SALON DOESN'T HAVE A MIRROR?!!! I have been going to this place for a couple of years, half body waxing. was my first time with Linda, she was very professional, friendly, and caring. If you go there, experience yourself with Linda.( Thank you Linda)

Today I went to this place and I had Natasha. It seemed like she knew what she was doing until the end when I took a look at my lashes. They looked almost the same as before and didn’t have a lifted effect. I wasn’t shocked until I went to my Aunty and she said that is not how it is supposed to look like. So she made a complaint with them and asked for a refund. They said I had to wait till the next day to see if looked better. Btw I also had one of my eyes red bc the chemical had gotten in my eye.

Have been for 4 years going to this shop and wait for Polly to get my eyebrows done. Had a great experience with Polly, she is professional, polite, friendly, and welcoming. Always wait for Polly to get eyebrows threading done, she takes time with customers and shares her opinion. Reem I met her recently, got eyebrows waxing done and she is also friendly, polite and welcoming. Always happy from the results. Polly and Reem both they do an amazing job, will be definitely keep going to this shop.
