Following Hurricane Ian (2022), just getting a roofer to answer the phone or not putting us on an endless waitlist was challenging. Rusty, the owner, not only picked up the phone himself but promptly sent background info and spent phone time to talk through options, pricing and timing. He would apologize if he didn’t return a message same day. Pricing was fair and work commenced as soon as the materials arrived. Very happy with the new roof and the customer service. Highly recommended.
They took time to explain and answer questions providing the most affordable estimate. I like the quick responses from Fair and Square Roofing representatives. They repaired areas of the roof that needed attention and did it well including cleanup (quicker than I expected). Awesome to deal with! Professional, knowledgeable and timely!
