Just taken delivery of my third Fabia (built to order). Mr Kieran Davis ,the sales person was ,at all times extremely willing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .Same with other employees I encountered . Sally in office arranged the transfer of my private number plate promptly and efficiently. Absolutely thrilled with my recent experience at this Škoda dealership! From the moment I stepped in, Joe provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to my needs. He guided me through the entire process, ensuring I found the perfect car that fit my lifestyle and budget, he even stayed late after hours to suit my schedule, so I could collect the car. In less than 2 weeks from initial enquiry I now have my car. I’m so happy with my new ŠKoda.
Awful and rude service team. Was shouted at an abused in the middle of the show room. Service manager phoned me a few days later to apologise and said the member of staff had left the company. Strangely he phoned a week later to also apologise and clearly was still employed. I appreciate this was 6 months ago but a friend of mine had a similar issue a month ago, same person as 6 months earlier Note, this review was from at least 6yrs ago that I reviewed a few weeks back
