Tim is an excellent hygienist who really cares about teeth and gum health
I am perplexed as to how a deep teeth cleaning and night guard would cost $1,000 for someone with dental insurance...? They did not tell me this up front either. They initially said it was $200, then $716, then when I came to pick up the night guard they said I had a remaining balance still of $284....ridiculous and unprofessional. Also, I had a coupon for a free teeth cleaning that I received in the mail and they did not honor it.
I called needing to be seen ASAP for dental pain from an infection. They scheduled me the following morning. Dr Fainberg explained everything very thoroughly. After a lot of poor dental care, I feel like I have found the right group to work with on some complicated issues. The front office staff were pleasant and accommodating.
