Our storm shelter was delivered today. They were so good to work with from order to delivery. Very professional & so nice!
I called to inquire on an underground shelter & the lady I talked to just acted like she didn’t even want to sell one. Told me all the negatives, then that they don’t install underground in garages. I told her it was new construction but again started with more excuses. The entire vibe she gave off just completely rubbed me wrong. Definitely not a company I want to deal with if it’s that type of conversation a few minutes in on a phone call.
