Bought my Deluxe Underground Storm Shelter in April of 2020. First they didn't tell me they don't do the digging in my area until after I paid for it. So had to hire a digger and get a refund to pat the digger. Then the shelter was not dug deep enough because the installers showed up early and were getting impatient. So my shelter is about 18" higher than it should be. Had to have dirt hauled in to back fill. Now one of the turbines started leaking where it joins to the concrete. I sealed that. Great people to work with. Storm shelter was delivered this morning, they got to my house at 8:20 and was gone at 9. Very friendly people and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend FAIN storm
Installed storm shelter incorrectly and 2 weeks later when it rained it floated up out of the ground. Wanted to charge $1,000.00 to put it back in the ground. After threatening to get a lawyer involved they did come put it back in the ground for free. Now it has water standing in it because it leaks. I do not recommend getting a storm shelter from this company.
