Installed storm shelter incorrectly and 2 weeks later when it rained it floated up out of the ground. Wanted to charge $1,000.00 to put it back in the ground. After threatening to get a lawyer involved they did come put it back in the ground for free. Now it has water standing in it because it leaks. I do not recommend getting a storm shelter from this company.
We bought a deluxe shelter in 2021. Had it placed above ground. Was delivered in a reasonable time (maybe because we are extremely close). After 4 years we have had 0 issues. We built benches for the inside to fit more people. I'm not sure on how big a tornado it will take but I feel very safe in it. Highly satisfied.
We bought the deluxe above ground. These folks are great. From Tammy in the office and the guys that delivered it. All very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
