The Fain team was excellent. I was fortunate to get an assessment of why my well stopped on the day I called. The pump had failed and a new one installed 2 days later. The guys were very knowledgeable and Shelby in the office was great.
The company has only gotten worse. Does not return calls. Costs ranches and families time and excessive money. Thief's. Liars. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Fain did a great job! I wanted a well at my place, they came out, looked over the property, talked to me about what I did and did not need. Very honest and I felt they understood my needs and installed everything. Thanks Fain! I strongly recommend this company!!
