Took two Mac systems to Fail Safe for repair. While they did the repair on one, a G5 white iMac--new power supply--they took no care with the exterior of the system, and it came back scratched up all around the bezel. The other system, a Key Lime iBook, went in for a new logic board. It got the board, but came back with a broken DVD drive door, and the tech left five screws out, stripped one screw, and used the wrong screw (apparently he lost the correct screw along with five others) to fix the DC board, rendering it nonfunc... read more
